Rotate ("the Service") is operated by Wouter Blondeel, a sole trader registered in Belgium, trading as High Performance Coaching under the commercial brand SpeedLab, with registered address at Kapucijnenvoer 109, 3000 Leuven, Belgium, VAT/enterprise number BE 0563.498.734 ("we", "us"). Rotate is a web application for sports coaches that manages live substitutions, the match clock, playing-time tracking, post-match reporting, load monitoring (RPE) and analysis exports. The Service is provided as-is over the web; no installation is required.

You need an account to create and run matches. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Bench, report and athlete screens can be shared with third parties through match codes and links; you decide who you share those with.

New accounts include a free trial covering the first 3 matches. The trial includes the full product. No payment details are required to start a trial. After the trial, running new matches requires an active Season Pass or club license; your existing data remains accessible read-only.

The Season Pass is a personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for 12 months from the date of purchase, for an unlimited number of matches across your teams. The price is displayed at checkout and includes VAT.

Purchases are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle, who handles checkout, payment, taxes, invoices and refund processing. Paddle's checkout terms apply to the transaction alongside these terms. Unless cancelled, a Season Pass may renew at the end of its term; you can cancel renewal at any time via the customer portal linked in your receipt, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Club and federation licenses are agreed and invoiced separately and may be governed by a written agreement that takes precedence over these terms.

Our refund policy is described on the Refund Policy page and forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as an EU consumer.

Match data, squads and reports you create remain yours. We never delete your historical data when a trial or Season Pass expires — it remains accessible read-only. You can request export or deletion of your data at any time via info@speedlab.be. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Where you enter data about other people (players, including minors), you confirm that you are entitled to do so within your club context and that the club has informed the persons involved. See the Privacy Policy for the division of responsibilities.

You may not use the Service for anything unlawful, attempt to gain access to data of other organizations, resell access without our written agreement, or interfere with the operation of the Service. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation; the Service depends on third-party infrastructure and your own connectivity. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Belgian law.

We may update the Service and these terms. For material changes to these terms we will give notice in the app or by e-mail before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, the courts of Leuven, Belgium have jurisdiction.
