Refund Policy

Every account includes a free trial covering your first 3 full matches — the complete product, no payment details required. We'd rather you know Rotate fits your sideline before you spend a euro.

If you purchase a Season Pass and something isn't right, contact us at info@speedlab.be within 14 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked. This does not affect your statutory rights as an EU consumer.

Payments and refunds are handled by our merchant of record, Paddle. Refunds go back to your original payment method; depending on your bank this typically takes 5–10 business days. You can also reach Paddle directly via the link in your receipt.

After a refund, cancellation or expiry, your match history remains accessible read-only — we never delete or lock away your data. You can request a full export or deletion at any time.

Club and federation licenses are invoiced separately; refund arrangements for those are part of the club agreement.
